My family and I are so happy that we called Canco Climate Care. Everyone from the sales rep (Will Horner) to the installation crew were all honest, friendly and knowledgeable with the services they provided. It seems everyone went the extra mile to make this experience pleasant for us. After signing for financing on Friday morning Will called us to let us know everything went through fine Friday night so we were not left wondering all weekend. Also, we appreciated that Will took the time to call and send an email for us to check what Government grants we could apply for to get some money back for having a furnace. We have three children, one being 11 months old and the first thing the installation crew asked is if there was a bad time to make a lot of noise so they did not disturb our baby. The installation crew also took away our old fireplace,showed up early, stayed late and went above and beyond our expectations with no extra cost to us.We are very thankful for the fantastic job that everyone at Canco Climate Care did and will definitely be calling them again when it’s time to get air conditioning.

We have had another service provider in to try and help rectify the frequent cycling of our furnace. Curtis was here today and was able to do more troubleshooting and give us a comfort level with what is going on with our furnace than we received with the other provider. We will need another service call to finalize the resolution but we have alot of confidence in Curtis and would want him to come back. We will definitely use your company again for our furnace needs in the future.

I am a new home owner, today I came home and found my furnance not working, I didnt know what to do or who to call. I was given some information about your company by the welcome wagon and followed the instructions in the newsletter (my furance isnt working…fall 2008) prior to calling the company for a service call. It took less then 2 hours to have my problem solved. Not only did I get service to my furnace I was well educated by the technician .
